This stylish modern home is the perfect beachside getaway for families or large groups looking for a luxury stay. This newly built home offers 5 bedrooms with main floor primary suite. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Situated on a pie shaped ravine lot with private hot tub. Located steps away from Port Burwell’s famous blue flag beach on the shores of Lake Erie. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Approximately a 15 min walk to town/beach Guest access Guests can access the entire home with the exception of the Garage, outdoor shed & utility room. Other things to note | WE HAVE SOME VERY BASIC HOUSE RULES | By booking this property, you agree to the following: • Registered guests only! Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Please request approval for visitors in advance. (Additional $35 per guest) • NO drugs • NO smoking • Must be 25 years or older to book •No pets ( we love them too, but unfortunately they’ll have to stay home.) •Please take shoes off in the house. This is our home too and we take pride in the cleanliness of it. •No moving the furniture •Remember to keep the place looking the way it was when you arrived. The hot tub is for adults only. Under-age children must be supervised at all times by an adult. The use of the hot tub is at the guests' own risk. * No food or glass in the hot tub* ⚠️Liabilities and Damages: Use of amenities (e.g., swim spa, fire pit, stairs) is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or rule violations. Fees up to $1,000 may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear. QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00AM CHECK IN is at 3pm CHECK OUT is at 11 am • Linens are provided, sheets, pillowcases, comforters and towels. • We provide a starter set of dish rags, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee,sugar & coffee filters. For longer stays you will need to buy more! Note: We do not provide lighters so if you plan to have a bonfire don’t forget to pack one. Also please shower before heading into the hot tub. Your body lotions, oils, perfumes will leave the water merky during your stay. These rules help ensure a respectful, safe, and comfortable experience for all guests and neighbours.
