The space Welcome to Beacon Luxe House, a sun-filled, brand-new construction designed for the modern traveler. Whether you’re here for a Hudson Valley hiking trip or a high-tech "workation," this home offers a seamless blend of minimalist design and premium amenities. Living & Entertainment (Great Room) Smart Tech: Fully integrated Sonos surround sound and a 65” Flat Screen TV for a theater-like experience. Vibe: Two distinct seating areas, Alexa-enabled dimmable lighting, and a record player with a curated vinyl collection. Games: Stocked with favorites like Ticket to Ride, Jenga, and Dominos. Chef’s Kitchen (Minimalist & Modern) High-End Appliances: Full induction cooktop, oven, and oversized fridge. Coffee & Tea Bar: Equipped with a drip coffee maker, electric water heater, and all the essentials (creamer, sugar, tea). Seating: Large dining table plus island seating (perfect for group brunch). Note: In keeping with our minimalist design, there is no microwave—we prefer the quality of oven-reheated meals! Sleeping Quarters (Upstairs) Primary Suite: Features a Queen bed with a tobacco leather frame, Sonos surround sound, a 65” TV, and a dedicated workspace/desk. Bedrooms 2 & 3: Queen beds with premium memory foam mattresses and built-in Sonos speakers. All Bedrooms: Equipped with blackout shades and an abundance of pillows (memory foam and traditional). The Library (4th Sleeping Area) A quiet, sun-drenched sanctuary perfect for morning coffee. Features a bookshelf and a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper bed (ideal for 1 adult or 2 children). Spa-Like Bathrooms Primary Bath: Features a stunning stand-alone soaking tub and an oversized open shower with Sonos audio. Guest Baths: Includes a combination shower/tub upstairs and a designer half-bath downstairs. Outdoor & Wellness Private Hot Tub: Available 7 AM – 9 PM year-round for ultimate relaxation under the stars. Parking: Dedicated driveway parking plus easy street parking. Guest access The entire house, except one closet (in the Main Bedroom) and the wine fridge, is available for guest use Other things to note If you choose to bring a dog, there is a $25 per night cleaning fee, and you need to make sure you pickup after your dog in the yard. Further, you are fully responsible for any pet-related damage during the stay. There is a maximum of 1 dog per stay. No other pets are permitted.
