You will enjoy an idyllic setting in the heart of nature with stunning views. For your well-being: heated pool, deck chairs, and a shaded pergola, with massages available on request. Located near the medieval village of Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, you will stay between the stunning Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Drôme Provençale. The space The apartment features a contemporary layout with generous space, combining old-world charm with modern comforts. New in 2026: air-conditioned accommodation. It is located in a building adjacent to the owners' residence. It is on the ground floor and has independent access. It consists of: - A large living room with an equipped kitchen (stovetop with hood, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee maker) open to the dining room and the living room equipped with a large flat screen. - A unique vaulted bedroom, revealing the original brickwork, with a 160-cm bed and matching storage furniture. - A bathroom with walk-in shower and hanging toilet. • Exterior: You have a private terrace surrounded by oleanders and equipped with outdoor seating where you can enjoy your meals in the sun or relax in the shade under an umbrella. With its large open spaces, the property allows for comfortable sharing between the owners and the three vacation apartments (including Les Lauriers Roses), while ensuring peace and privacy for everyone. You will share: - The 12 m x 4 m HEATED POOL is accessible from May to September (depending on the weather) from 8:30 AM to 8 PM. Sunbeds are available by the pool. - The garden in which you can also sit in the shade of the linden tree to read or take a nap. - A wellness massage area in an unusual setting is available (service on request at an additional cost). • Parking: Free parking space reserved for apartments. • Location: Located in Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, a charming village steeped in history, 1 hour from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, 20 minutes from Montélimar, considered "the gateway to Provence", and 45 minutes from Valence. Within a 30-minute radius, you will be able to: Visit caves, castles and perched villages borrowed from history; practice caving; try paragliding; horseback riding, quad biking or buggy; crisscrossing vineyards by bike and taking one of the most beautiful bike lanes in Europe "La Dolce Via"; visiting many artisanal workshops and agricultural productions or hiking to discover nature and remains; not to forget to savor the local gastronomy in one of the certified restaurants etc... In a perimeter of 45 min to 1 hour you can also do velorail and go down the Gorges de l 'Ardèche, the Drome Valley or the Eyrieux by canoeing and canyoning and via ferrata. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment and terrace. The place allows sharing of the infrastructure (pool area, pergola, etc.) between the owners and the three apartments. Other things to note - NO WI-FI. - Bed and bath linen is provided. Cleaning is also included. - Pool towels are not included. - The heated pool is open from May to September, depending on weather conditions, and is accessible every day from 8:30 AM to 8 PM. - The property consists of the following: the owners' house, a separate building with 2 apartments available for seasonal rental ("Collines" on the first floor and "Les Lauriers Roses" on the ground floor, each accommodating two people), as well as "Le Studio Bamboo" by the pool, also for 2 people.
