Our guests really like staying there, as you are in the middle of everything, close to other neighborhoods and in a safe and completely quite place. The renting does not include any service. The building is just 3 littles block from Ipanema`s beach, you cannot beat the location! It is very quiet and has plenty of natural light. Located at rua Nascimento Silva, one of the best places to live in Rio. This apartment has got 2 bedrooms with very confortable beds. One bedroom with a double bed for a couple and the other room with 2 beds ( they can be put together as well) and 1 sofa bed in the living room- very confortable one it has got good towels and lines. The kitchen is complete, with pots and pans, a microwave, utensils, cooking tools and the lot. There are many restaurants around the flat. Farmacies, shops and pretty much all you need at your doorstep. The building has a doorman 24 hours a day and there is a car parking as well. If you are looking for a place with a good cozy vibe, clean, where you can chill out and recharge your batteries after a long day outdoors, then this is it for you. It has a 29 flat screen TV, and a good shower with plenty of hot water. Supermarket is only 3 block away and there are many 24 hour options for eating.
