Our well-equipped, newly built accommodation for 4 people provides the perfect place to relax if you come with your partner, family or even friends. The guesthouse has a gross floor area of 32 sqm with 1 bedroom (2-person double bed) and an air-conditioned American kitchen living room with a sofa that can be opened into a double bed to provide our guests with the opportunity to sleep. The kitchen and dining area have all the furniture and utensils you need for eating and storing food (refrigerator), cooking (induction hob) and heating (microwave). In addition, other small appliances necessary for kitchen activities (capsule coffee maker with prepared coffee capsules, kettle, etc.), as well as a variety of teas, spices and instant soups are available to our guests. We provide drinks in the refrigerator so you can start relaxing with a chilled drink when you arrive. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, as well as toiletries and a hairdryer. The pleasant temperature of the house is provided by a cooling/heating air conditioner, and there is also a separate electric, adjustable heater in the bathroom and bedroom. Thus, our guest house can be used both in winter and summer. The building is surrounded by a terrace where you can admire nature and enjoy the charm of the place from morning to evening. One reservation is for the entire guesthouse. We offer a 10% discount for bookings of at least 6 consecutive nights. No accommodation fee will be charged for children under 3 years of age. We can't accept pets. Payment Within 24 hours of confirming the reservation, 100% of the accommodation fee must be paid by bank transfer or online credit card payment on our website through the Stripe payment system. It is also possible to pay by OTP Szép card, the details of which will be sent to you by e-mail when the reservation is confirmed. Prices do not include the Tourist Tax (IFA), which is 300 HUF/person/night for all guests over 18 years of age. The amount of the IFA is payable by bank transfer until the day of arrival, or in case of personal arrival, the amount can be paid locally, on the day of arrival, in cash. The amount of the IFA cannot be paid with a Szép Card according to the current Government Decree! The reservation will be finalized after the payment of the accommodation fee! If the amount is not received within the deadline, our booking system will automatically cancel the booking and the dates will be available again. Occupying the accommodation In addition to personal check-in, our accommodation also offers the possibility of contactless guest reception with the help of a hidden key safe. In case of contactless arrival, the mandatory data provision to the NTAK is carried out by the guest independently, about which we will inform you by e-mail after the booking. The key safe codes will be sent to our guests by SMS on the day of arrival. Contactless arrival is preferred by the majority of guests because they are not time-bound, so their arrival is possible at any time within a wider time interval, so if they stop for lunch or a cake on the way, it is not a problem if they are a few hours late to occupy the accommodation. Cancellation/Modification Reservations can be canceled free of charge in writing up to 10 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 10-4 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation fee will be refunded by the service provider. The service provider shall refund the amount of the accommodation fee within 5 working days by bank transfer. In case of cancellation from the 3rd day before arrival, we are unable to refund the paid accommodation fee.
