Custom fireplace with 86" Smart TV mounted on the wall. Free WIFI, property has full cellular coverage. Space has a 2-player tabletop arcade game for kids of any age to enjoy. Free parking and lighted walkway to entrance. Basement has its own HVAC unit. The property has a backup generator. Grill & Firepit The space The Murphy is located on 175 acres of forested land on the edge of the town of Sutton. It is adjacent to the Elk River Wildlife Management Area on the East and the Elk River from the South. This unique space is secluded, you will feel like you're alone out in the wilderness! The adventure starts with the climb up the 1/2-mile-long driveway through the tree's and as you crest the hill, it opens up to acres of open space with the house right in the middle. You will be able to sit out and watch the wildlife feeding in the fields from the deer, turkey, rabbits and squirrels. You will wake up to hear the birds chirping and watch the stars and lightning bugs at night. It is so easy to forget about the outside world. You will have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Take walks through the forests, head to the Elk River for fishing and to the Sutton Lake for boating, fishing or hanging out at the beach. There are plenty of backroads to go exploring and little towns to see. Whether you're into hunting, fishing, whitewater rafting or canoeing. West Virginia is Wild and Wonderful! The state promotes getting out and enjoying the outdoors. Guest access You will have access to the complete lockout basement area of the house. There is a lighted walkway to the double doors leading into the basement. You will receive a keypad number for the front door lock prior to check in. There will be plenty of free parking at the end of the lighted walking path. Once you have the keypad code all you will need to do is touch the keypad and it will light up. enter the code and click the check mark. You will hear the message the door has been unlocked. turn the handle and the door will open. The lock will reengage in 8 seconds but can be opened from the inside without entering the code. All you will do is turn the handle. If you have any issues with the code, just let me know as I am on-premises and can assist in any way. You will have the opportunity of a lifetime to put away your cell phones, iPads, and laptops. Disconnect from the world and enjoy nature. Enjoy the great outdoors with long walks in the woods, fishing in the Elk River, or laying around at the beach at the Sutton Lake Marina. Try some of the local country restaurants or cook in the brand-new kitchen. Your choice! Make a fire each night in the custom fireplace and enjoy watching TV on the 86 " wall mounted LG Smart TV.
