Linden House is a renovated farmhouse, set in stunning Cotswold countryside and yet is only minutes away from beautiful towns, like Nailsworth and Tetbury, with a wonderful range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. A spacious and comfortable home, that has been lovingly re-designed and styled with beautiful touches throughout. The antique and vintage furniture and carefully chosen decorations make this space unique. The space This idyllic, country home is suitable for groups of up to nine people wanting to get together, relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. There is immediate access to wonderful walking and cycling routes, right from the doorstep. The property has been designed in a 'Modern Heritage' style - think traditional elegance with a modern twist. Each room has its own distinctive charm, features and characteristics. Sunlight floods into both of the spacious living areas through the two large, south-facing, bi-fold doors. These overlook the generous decking area and private terrace. There is a stone fireplace with wood-burning stove, wooden beams and polished oak floorboards. Comfortable sofas create a warm and luxurious space to gather together. There are fantastic, far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. Every attention has been given to create a luxurious and comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to Linden House and its private terrace. There is private parking available for up to three vehicles. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We do not take bookings for noisy parties such as Stag and Hen nights. Linden House is in a rural area with only a couple of neighbouring properties. It is intended to be enjoyed as a peaceful retreat. Please respect the locality and kindly keep noise to a minimum, especially when returning in the evenings. 👶 YOUNG CHILDREN: Please be advised that there are no stair gates at the property. The property is accessed by vehicle along a single track driveway and then via the parking area up a long flight of steps. Alternative access to the rear of the property is available for guests who are not able to use the steps. Please take extreme care when leaving the driveway of the property, as visibility is restricted. There is a septic tank at the property and guests are kindly asked not to flush anything other than toilet paper, i.e. strictly no sanitary products, wipes, (even biodegradable ones), cotton wool, cotton buds, etc. The farmhouse is an old property and as such has 'character'. Please expect creaky floorboards and wonky walls!
