The listing is for a suite for 2 people, but we have two suites available in all — and in this scenario, you book the entire house for less! The space Casa do Rio has a large and open kitchen with a privileged view of the Caraíva River, with a gourmet area and barbecue grill. In addition, two en-suites, one of which is available year-round, for daily bookings. The entire house can be booked depending on the time of year, see conditions. The two suites are rented throughout the year, and you can meet new people besides the host when the entire house is booked, but in individual suites. Guest access The house has two separate en-suites overlooking the Caraíva River and a shared open kitchen equipped with a semi-industrial stove, two-door refrigerator, barbecue, airfryer and the like. The house's land is on Rua da Estação, the same street as the church, but 20 minutes from it. After your confirmed booking, you'll receive an orientation video and a text that must be read in full to avoid miscommunication about your hosting experience. It is extremely important to read and fully verify the video to avoid problems on arrival, such as getting the car stuck (here some streets are sandy) and arriving at the wrong address (maps here are not very reliable, do not rely on them but on references that the host gives you). Other things to note 1. Remember: we're in the middle of the woods 🤎 Animals like lizards, mosquitoes, saruês (a type of wasp) and dogs are very common here and sometimes show up in the garden. They usually visit us when we leave food easily accessible in the kitchen, so when using it, I recommend that you store your preparations in the refrigerator or oven so that they do not access it. 2. Mosquitoes appear regardless of food, so it is worth coming with repellent because on the river's edge the incidence of mosquitoes ends up being higher; 3. The house is 15 minutes away from Caraíva Church Square. We are on the same street as the church, it is a 15-minute walk straight to the square; 4. The village of Caraíva has no streetlights and the streets are naturally dark, but rest assured that we are far from a violent civilization. There are no robberies or thefts around here. You don't have to worry about an open bag or two people on a motorcycle (around here it's quite common and it's not a robbery); 5. Here at the house, the main deliveries of hamburgers, sushi and the like arrive from the village. The market also makes deliveries! 6. This listing refers to the reservation of 1 en-suite at Casa do Rio Caraíva, located in Aldeia Xandó, with the possibility of booking the entire house upon request by consultation.
