In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed, also with air-conditioning, a smart TV and a dining table with a complete set of utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, filter, Nespresso coffee machine and various utensils. There is also a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner for your convenience, without having to leave the house, with affordable prices. Other things to note Check-in is from 2 p.m. and checkout is by 12 p.m. You will receive a password to release the electronic door that will be registered exclusively for you. General rules Dear guests, we ask for everyone's cooperation in keeping appliances, air-conditioning and lights off when not in use, especially when leaving for leisure activities, work, studies, meetings or at check-out. We would like to inform you that we do not replace hygiene materials. All minibar items are duly registered and documented, as are plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups, cutlery, bed and bath linens, coffee maker, sandwich maker, remote control, TV Box, iron, lamps and television. In case of poor maintenance of the space, lack of hygiene, excess dirt and garbage, an extra cleaning fee will be charged by the platform. The same applies to damage and theft of any object in the space. Bed and bath linens with bloodstains and excrement will also be reported to the platform for an extra fee.
