Cozy home with lake views

Room available in a snug and cozy newly built home with views across Lake Waikare, ideal for couples and animal lovers. You will be sharing the house with your hosts, as well as 2x young dogs & 2x cats who all love attention if you have the time. The house is 5 mins from the motorway off-ramp in a new development. We have a supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries and a tavern close-by. Ideally located for Hampton Downs, with Auckland, Hamilton and the Coromandel all about an hours drive away The space The house is a 3 bedroom duplex, built in 2023. Guest access You will have your own private bedroom with Queen bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. The Kitchen, Dining and Lounge are shared. You will have use of the main bathroom, accessed via the hallway. Other things to note If you would like to bring your dog, please message first so that we can discuss. Reason being is that the room is quite snug and the garden fairly small. They must also be good with other dogs and cats. Depending on my availability, I also offer a dog-sitting service. Please ask if this is something you might be interested in during your stay. There are security cameras installed around the exterior of the house. Two cover the front entrance and two cover the backyard.
