Ideal for families, sports fans, and business travelers, this updated home offers cozy beds, comfort, and a prime location. The space We’re excited to welcome you to our 3-bedroom home! Here’s a quick overview of the layout: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a full bathroom located in the hallway. Bedroom 3 has a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The sleeper sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed for up to 2 guests. The 3 bedrooms and the sleeper sofa offer flexible sleeping options for up to 6 guests, making our space ideal for families with children, couples, singles, or mixed groups. The living area is perfect for gathering, featuring a dining table for 6, a kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for casual dining, and a cozy coffee nook that seats 4, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. Our outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun! Enjoy the covered patio, where you’ll find a large TV, a dining table, and plenty of additional seating to unwind. Fire up the BBQ grill for a cookout, or gather around the firepit in the evening for a cozy atmosphere. For some extra entertainment, take advantage of the putting green—perfect for a little friendly competition or practicing your short game. If mini-golf isn’t your thing, there’s also cornhole to keep the good times going. Make yourself at home and enjoy the convenience of this prime location! Guest access During your stay, you will have full access to the entire home to make yourselves comfortable. However, please note that the supply closet and the garage are locked and reserved for the owners’ use for storage. There is signage to indicate this as well, so we kindly ask that these areas remain off-limits. We appreciate your understanding! Other things to note Begin your stay with a fully stocked kitchen! We offer complimentary grocery pickup and delivery from the nearby Walmart or Whole Foods to the property before your check-in. Simply place your order, pay in advance, and we’ll handle the pickup and delivery at no extra cost. If you’d prefer, you can send us a shopping list, and we’ll do the shopping for you for a $75 fee plus the cost of groceries.
