Nespresso coffee machine and lush Sheridan bath towels. A grassed backyard and a sunny courtyard. 3 bedrooms w built ins. Fully furnished. Internal laundry. Breakfast available The space Each room is carpeted and spacious with a comfortable queen bed and gorgeous linen. Built in wardrobes with hanging space and drawers. A sunlight fully functional kitchen with gas and electric appliances and all cooking equipment needed. Internal Laundry with washing machine available. Linen and towels provided. This is our home so it is not like a hotel. Sunny courtyard with table and chairs. The garage isn't available to be used, but there is free parking on the street. The villa is located at the rear of a quiet complex, there is visitor parking, only available for 4 hours per day. A full wrap around grassed backyard accessible from three doors within the villa. Gas hot water beautiful like new furniture for your comfort. The villa is a 2 walk to the local shops, 8 min walk the beach and many gorgeous bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Guest access I can meet you at the property to give you the key and access and show you around. You can enjoy the whole space except the garage is not available for use. There is visitor parking available for 4 hours and not overnight. There is plenty of street parking out the front of the driveway. Other things to note There is an information booklet within the villa with emergency and local information. A fire extinguisher and blanket are available in the kitchen. Hot water bottles for your comfort during winter. We live amongst lovely neighbours who we like to respect. There is parking onsite for 4 hours at a time and not overnight. There is plenty of parking in the street, just outside of the driveway. Bath towels and beach towels provided. Tea towels and bed linen provided also. Not like many holiday rentals which charge extra. Bread, milk, tea and coffee can be available. We ask during the booking you agree to our terms and send a copy of your ID to us for insurance and booking purposes. If a copy isn’t provided at time of booking and we approve your booking, a photo of your id is required upon check in. This won’t be stored or used unless needed. Any questions please ask. If your stay covers a Sunday night or check out on Sunday please place red bin out the street for garbage collection on Monday. Please dont have any shoes or food in bedrooms or near furniture, stains will need to be professional removed and need to be paid for Fan and Tv remotes are in the process of being replaced . There is a vacuum The garage for you to use to clean crumbs and dirt. Please don’t leave any dishes in the sink, put them in The dishwasher and turn the dishwasher on.
