Welcome to our custom-built brand-new house in the heart of Charleston West Virginia. This house was completed June 2024 and has been furnished, stocked, and designed with the most modern and updated materials. We have specifically designed this house for nightly, weekly or month-long stays. Located 2 blocks from the Charleston Coliseum and a short walk to the lively capitol street. Check out our other house next door to this one, The 314 on Joseph. Children and pets are welcome. The space Walking into our brand-new custom-built home, you will find an open concept kitchen and living room. In the living room we have provided books on local culture and board games for you to enjoy. The kitchen is custom designed with granite counter tops and brand-new modern appliances. You will also find in the kitchen a dining table and chairs, fully stocked with all cooking essentials to enjoy a home cooked meal and a coffee bar with everything needed to brew a pot of coffee or a single cup. Walking into the main bedroom you’ll find a king size bed, nightstands with charging ports, smart T.V., a closet and black out curtains. You will have your own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a lighted vanity mirror and stocked with conditioner, shampoo, body wash, one disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, Q tips, curling irons, hair dryer and a makeup wipe. The second bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands with charging ports, large closet, smart T.V. and black out curtains. The second bathroom has a tub shower combo, lighted vanity mirror and stocked with conditioner, shampoo, body wash, one disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, Q tips and a makeup wipe. Walk out either bedroom onto the large deck overlooking the locked privacy fenced in back yard. Plenty of seating on our deck to enjoy some take out from one of our great local restaurants. You will also find a propane grill (propane included) with all the utensils needed to cook up a steak from the local meat market that’s right down the street. Stepping off the deck into the yard you will find plenty of space to let your dog or kids run and play. Feel free to relax in one of the lounging chairs surrounding the fire pit (propane included). We have off street parking for two vehicles. You can also park on the street in front of house including large vehicles or a truck and trailer. Here are some of the included amenities: •Washer and dryer (detergent included) •Dog bed and food/ water bowl included •Kids pack n play and highchair •Ironing board and iron •Outlets with built in charging ports throughout the house. •Each bedroom closet has extra pillows and blankets •High speed internet •We have starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, 1 disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, make up remover wipe, Q tips and a few cooking spices and oils. •In the kitchen we have a crockpot, blender, toaster, oven with built in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, mixing bowls, pots and pans and a refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker. Other things to note The New River Gorge National Park is just a scenic 1-hour drive away. You can walk to just about everything downtown Charleston has to offer from this house. We are also centrally located to all the major hospitals.
