The simple but comfortable decor creates a relaxed ambiance, perfect for unwinding. The space The house has an area of approximately 100m2. The house includes a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The house is attached to the main house, which means that the yard is shared with the host. There is a private seating area outside in a beautiful garden in a quiet area. If you cross the dike, you are directly in the floodplains of the IJssel valley. You are in Deventer in no time, and you can drive or cycle endlessly over the winding dike. If you need woods, you can be in the Veluwe in twenty minutes. The house is five kilometers by bike from Deventer station, where you can rent public transport bicycles. Guest access The garden is shared, but there is a private seating area available. Other things to note Sometimes there are also campers on the property (maximum three). However, the garden is very spacious (1.6 ha), so there is enough space, so you will not be bothered by each other.
