The space We only accept small pets that are not aggressive or noisy, so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Guest access We give our guests the entire villa, which has an access ramp with an automatic gate. On the ramp, you can park up to three cars. There is a large garden, a porch, a large living room with a kitchen, a living room with a terrace and a sea view, four bedrooms, three of which are on the living room floor and one on the upper floor, with a total of 8 beds, four bathrooms and a billiard room. The remote control for the gate is provided at check-in. In case of loss or damage to the remote control, a charge of 100 euros will be applied. Bedrooms: The house has 4 bedrooms but it is meant that two people sleep in one room, four people sleep in two rooms, six people in three rooms, and eight people in four rooms. If you are two guests and want to sleep in two separate rooms or three guests and you want to sleep in three separate rooms or four guests and you want to sleep in four separate rooms is possible. You must inform us at the time of booking, for linen and additional cleaning. There is a fee of €40 more for each additional room, to be paid during check-in.
