Luxury Forest Lodge Hellendoorn - Sallandse Heuvelrug

Welcome to our luxurious Bos Lodge, located in the deep forests of the municipality of Hellendoorn, on the picturesque hiking and cycling trails of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. This enchanting place is perfect for young and old and offers an ideal mix of tranquility and adventure. Discover the nearby surroundings of Hellendoorn or completely relax in our lovely electric hot tub, and enjoy this luxurious place, but all in the serene atmosphere of the forest! The space This modern, gas-free, air-conditioned home offers a comfortable living room, equipped with a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a corner with dining room chairs and a high chair. For children, there are plenty of toys and a play and craft furniture available. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and a Nespresso machine, including all necessary utensils and basic ingredients such as oil, pepper and salt. There are two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus a baby cot. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom cabinet with mirror and toilet. The house has two French doors to a covered seating area and a spacious garden with garden set, ideal for relaxation. There are also two private parking spaces and a shed for bicycle storage available. Guest access The house, the barn and surrounding garden are entirely at the disposal of the guests. There are also 2 private parking spaces at the house. Other things to note - Our house is in the middle of nature. Animals live in nature. We try to keep them out as much as possible. That is why we have screens for windows and doors and clean well, but it can still happen that curious animals come to visit our cottage. - The park is mainly visited by people who want to enjoy nature and tranquility, so our house is not suitable for parties. - The house is intended for recreational use, housing of employees/workers is not allowed. - Our accommodation is located in the woods at Bospark het Groene Hert, which is a small-scale recreational park that is under development. The park does not yet have any general facilities. - The main roads are not all paved yet.
