The main floor includes the kitchen, dining and living areas, laundry, and backyard access. Upstairs, you’ll find your private bedroom with en-suite bath, alongside the hosts' separate room and bath. Essentials are provided, along with a spacious closet stocked with an iron, steamer, space heater, and tower fan. Watch your favorite shows with a projector and Roku streaming stick, do laundry on-site, or relax in the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and extras like an espresso machine, air fryer, blender, and toaster. Every cabinet section is clearly labeled for convenience, and cleaning supplies are available for your use. During your stay I communicate through the app before check-in. I work remotely at home during the day and am available in person or via the app if needed, while respecting your privacy for a peaceful stay. Other things to note Raj and I are two working professionals who share the home (no pets). It’s a calm, respectful environment. Occasionally, a friend may stop by, but visits are quiet and brief, and we always let guests know in advance. For stays of 7 nights or longer, optional housekeeping can be arranged. We do cook frequently and use a variety of ingredients, which may include common allergens. For longer stays, please coordinate with us on heavier cooking times to avoid overlap. This is a lived-in home—kept clean and tidy, though the kitchen sink and counters may not be completely cleared. We take pride in maintaining an eco-friendly household by composting, recycling, and using non-toxic, energy-efficient products. Guests are encouraged to help conserve water, electricity, and supplies whenever possible. Please treat the space, appliances, and amenities with care. Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay.
