Five-minute walk to train station

I offer two bedrooms on the 1st or 2nd floor of my house. There is a bathroom and a toilet on the 2nd floor + a shower and toilet on the 1st floor. I'll let you enjoy the ground floor (kitchen, living room) and the terrace if the weather permits. We are 5 minutes from the train station on foot and downtown. For your information, we have a cat.
