Guest access We have a spa, which has a hot tub, swimming pool and sauna. Access to the spa is subject to a supplement of EUR 17 per person per day (60-minute circuit). The minimum age for the spa is 8 years old. Daily maid service can be requested at reception, at an extra cost. Other things to note The complex also features a spa with a pool for days when you want to relax and forget about the outside world. Pets are allowed with no weight limit. The property reserves the right to request the veterinary record and/or passport upon arrival. • Before making your reservation, please inform our staff that you are traveling with a pet, as the pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability. • No more than one pet per room is allowed. The supplement per pet is €18 per day, VAT included. • Pets may only stay in the rooms designated for this purpose, located on the main floor of the hotel; staying on other floors is not permitted. • Pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times and may not be left alone in the room under any circumstances, except when the owners are inside the property and fully reachable. • Pets may only be in the hotel’s common areas if they are inside a bag/carrier. • The owner will be solely responsible for paying for any damage or deterioration that the pet may cause on the premises. • The owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet at all times. • Please remember that some guests may not feel comfortable around your pet, so we kindly ask you to respect the coexistence rules.
