Simplistic, uncluttered and very minimalist apartment fully equipped, so you just need to bring your suitcase and tooth brush. Guest access There is a one time Building’s Application fee of $60 (only when you book weeks in advance) or add Rush/Express premium service to get approved in days. (for about $35 more ). This Application Process evaluates tenants credit score and criminal records. We want to guarantee a 100% building worry free. Intentional guest are also welcome.
