Ground Floor The property offers parking for three to four vehicles, including a covered car shed and a welcoming front veranda. Standard toilet and waste facilities are discreetly located at the rear. The open lounge features comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a divan cot, creating spaces for relaxation and conversation. The adjacent dining area includes a glass-top table and cushioned chairs, complemented by neatly arranged tableware for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave, kettle, water filter, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. An adjoining work area provides a sink, blender, oven, and washing machine, ensuring comfort and convenience for daily routines. The ground floor also features a tranquil, air-conditioned en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe, ideal for guests seeking privacy and comfort.
