Guest access Access is easy: you will receive a card to use the elevator and a code to enter the apartment. We pre-register each guest and vehicle according to condo rules, ensuring your arrival is comfortable and hassle-free. Other things to note Rules: To ensure a quiet, safe and respectful stay for everyone: 1- 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment or in common areas (including vapes or other substances). 2- 🐾 No pets allowed, except for previously authorized assistance animals. 3-🎉 No parties, events, meetings, or use of the space as a location for recordings, photo shoots, or video production without prior authorization. 4- 👤 Only people registered in the reservation are allowed to stay. 5- 🚫 Unregistered outside visitors are not allowed. ⚠️ Important conditions: - Non-compliance may result in charges in accordance with our internal rules and condominium regulations. - Entry of additional unregistered persons: USD 125 per person. - Unauthorized parties, events, or recordings: from $500 and possible cancellation without a refund. - Any damage, loss or incident must be reported immediately. - The guest is responsible for any damage or necessary replacements during their stay.
