Palm-lined streets lead you to the nearby Pentre Nicklaus golf course and the stunning Millennium coastal cycling path. With direct beach access, pet-friendly accommodations, and beautiful sunrise views from your balcony, you won’t want to leave! The space The space features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for whipping up your favorite meals. We've stocked it with all the essentials needed to prepare and cook meals, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay even more convenient. Plus, enjoy complimentary refreshments upon arrival to kickstart your stay. Master bedroom. There is a large patio door and Juliet balcony in the master bedroom, so you can enjoy the sunrise. The bathroom in the master suite is tilled to a contemporary style and features a bath and an above shower. The spacious wardrobes have mirrors and there is a 42-inch Smart TV. Second bedroom. The second bedroom offers flexibility, with either a king-size bed or two twin beds to suit your needs. (Please specify your preferred setup when making your reservation.) This makes the property ideal for two couples or families. The second bedroom also features its own ensuite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a separate shower. Towels and sheets are supplied for your convenience. Living Area The cosy, open-plan living space is perfect for relaxation, with sliding glass doors that open out to the backyard and patio. The securely fenced garden makes it an ideal area for children and pets to play safely outside. Inside, there is seating for four at the dining table, with additional seating available upon request. The table also easily converts into a spacious desk, ideal for those working remotely. Desk/ work station. Additionally if you require a dedicated work station and comfortable chair for work please let me know prior to booking. Our home is also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for a beach getaway Guest access Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the whole house.
