This is quiet home in a family neighborhood and NOT a party house. We are four minutes from Marquette Beach by car and approximately six blocks from the beach if you walk. We have a Marquette Trail that is within five minutes walking distance from the house that belongs to the Indiana Dunes National Park. You get to see real live deer in their natural habitat. It is so much to see here! Come and see! We hope you enjoy your stay. Other things to note ADULT RENTAL ONLY and RULES 1. Reservation made for teenager or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adults in the unit at ALL time. 2. We required at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! (Any violators will be evicted for FALSIFIED RESERVATION!) 3. Any reservation obtain under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment
