Welcome to Eaton East! Our gorgeous eclectic home where rustic charm meets touches of refined mid-century flair. Nestled in nature, Eaton East is located in the perfect location for whatever you desire. Steps/peddles to the Hinton Bike Park, Hinton Disc Golf, & minutes to the Beaver Boardwalk! Located only 45 minutes from Jasper National Park, 3 hours 30 minutes to gorgeous Lake Louise & 4 hours to Banff National Park. In addition to being only minutes away from all the local amenities! The space Upon entering the front door, you’ll be greeted by the welcoming front living room filled with vintage flair & the guest dining area. Just behind the dining area, you’ll see the kitchen & back porch area that features the laundry room, as well as access to the sunroom & the side yard. Next to the laundry room/back entry, you’ll find the main floor bathroom featuring an oversized vanity and toilet. In the next room leading you to the upstairs, you’ll find the mural room that features an oversized couch, tv, games, and sliding door access to the sunroom. Also located in the left corner of the mural room is the staircase to the upper level. Once up the staircase to your left, you’ll see our first guest room, featuring two twin beds. Located next to the first guest room, is our second guest room. This room features a queen bed and a nice view of the side yard. Stepping out of the queen guest room to the left you’ll find the upstairs bath featuring, a sink, toilet, and shower/tub. across from the bathroom you’ll find the linen closet stocked with any additional amenities you may need during your stay. Next to the linen closet, is our last guest room, the primary suite. This suite features a king bed, siting area, vanity area, tv, gorgeous views and a private balcony accompanied with a bistro set overlooking the front yard, perfect to enjoy your morning coffee, or evening sunsets! Guest access During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire home & grounds. (With the exception of the other structure located on the west side of the property as previously mentioned) Other things to note To Note: There is another structure located on the west side of the property that is used for storage purposes, and is not accessible to guests. Also there is a treehouse on the property we ask guests to not use. To Note: We may have our manager dropping/picking up equipment from the other structure on the property. This will only occur in the event we are needing equipment replaced asap. To Note: We love coasters! You’ll see them provided throughout our home. Please use them to help preserve the surfaces.
