The kitchen is all equipped with all the facilities like an automatic stove-oven, a microwave, a blender, electric sandwich grill, electric coffee maker, plates, dishes, glasses, pots and a washing machine. A split-air makes the apartment very fresh and cool. A little table for 4 people in a small varanda with a partial sea view complete the commodities of the apartment. The building has 24 hours doorman with security cameras around, 2 elevators and intercom . Other things to note The electricity consumption will be charged, staying over 19 nights or 20 over 20 days at the costs of 1,70 Reais/ Kwh, payed in cash or PIX at the end of the stay direectly to the host.
