Vacation home by the lake with private jetty

This completely newly renovated house was built in 2019 from a simple Swedish summer house. Since 2024, even with new furnishings. Here you can relax deeply on 87 m² plus terrace directly on the lake and edge of the forest and are still not completely alone. There are nice neighbors and shopping is just around the corner. Sunsets and, if you are lucky, northern lights can be viewed from the large terrace, inside from all windows or from the house's own jetty. The space Food and cooking. Entrance area A large dining table for 6 people and a completely newly furnished fitted kitchen (new 2019/2024) are available. In the entrance area, there is a large cabinet wall for clothes, food storage, kitchen utensils and a freezer-cooler combination. The lighting switches on with the remote control. Bedroom 1. A 1.60 m wide double bed (new 2024) with fantastic views of the Blysjön is located in the adjacent enclosed room to the dining area. This room is automatically ventilated via the wall and has its own electric radiator. Bedroom 2. The 1.40 m wide bed is separated from the living area with cabinet furniture. Thus, the bedroom is not a separate room, but from here you also have a fantastic view of the lake. Living room. The largest room in the house is equipped with a small work corner with table and chair as well as 2 chaise longues, rocking chair to relax. A fireplace with enough firewood creates a homely atmosphere. Storage room. Here is another cabinet with towels and linen. Bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating as well as a toilet, sink with large mirror and vanity cabinet and a walk-in shower, washing machine and automatic ventilation. Summerhouse. The small summer house is located above the property. It is currently unfurnished. Technical house. Here you will find the technology of the water well with filter system as well as some outdoor things such as paddles and toys. On the back is our Canadian. This allows 2 adults and 2 children up to 10 years of age to sit. Life jackets must be brought along independently. Storage hut. This hut is next to the summer house and is used for storage. Jetty. Our jetty is on the direct shore. Each house has its own jetty for use. However, the shore zones are a common zone of the Blysjön Östra residents. It was only newly upgraded in 2024 and from here you can start a tour for paddling or invite yourself on a fishing tour. Terrace. We have a new large dining table with 4 chairs, a grill and 2 chairs for chilling inside and outside. Guest access The whole house plus outbuildings are usable. Other things to note The technology of the private water well is located in the annex. There is a water filter system available. The water quality is good. Water can be drunk from the tap. The wastewater is disposed of via a 3-filter chamber system. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. The cleaning of the accommodation can also be done by agreement with the tenants, otherwise we can hire a cleaning company and a final cleaning fee is to be paid. Please empty the trash, vacuum and mop all floors. Clean the kitchen and bathroom and wash all surfaces. If everyone does this reliably, it's not that much effort.
