Peaceful Country Getaway

Spring is the best time to immerse yourself in nature at this unique and tranquil getaway just 15 minutes from the quaint little town of Gloucester. A working regenerative farm, Pasture Prime is blessed with majestic views, a meandering river and well established trees and gardens. We are expecting baby animals anytime now and it is very special to witness. The space The property has a 4 bedroom farm house. You will be at the far right as you face the house, with your own entrance, separate bathroom and balcony. Your room also has a brand new kitchenette. Farmers Jo and Graeme are at the far left of the house. There is a locked internal door separating us, plus another 2 unoccupied bedrooms, so we are far enough apart to not disturb each other. Guest access You are welcome to use the other outdoor seating near the firepit or BBQ area. You can move the chairs to another location if you prefer, just move them back when you are finished. Other things to note If you would like to enjoy a farm experience, you can request to accompany us on the morning animal feeding rounds which starts at 6:30am. Please let us know the night before, so we know to expect you. Unfortunately, if you are late, the feeding must go on! We feed the chickens, goats, guinea fowl, pigs and piglets, and, if needed, the cows and calves. You are also welcome to pick fresh seasonal chemical-free produce from the veggie garden or some flowers for your room. At no extra charge, you can enjoy our beautiful farm eggs for breakfast from our very happy, spoilt free-range pasture raised chickens. You could help collect the eggs around midday each day if you’re interested. You are welcome to look around the farm and the animals (at your own risk) as they are quite tame. The most important rule is: if the gate was open, leave it open; if the gate was shut, leave it shut! We don't want any animal escapees!!! There are some lovely walks on the farm, which we can guide you to. Same rules apply re gates. We look forward to sharing our little haven with you! Registration Details Exempt
