The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The building has been recently renovated and is clean and safe. The building entrance uses an electronic key. You will also have a video intercom system to give access to guests or delivery. The apartment has a dedicated mailbox to receive mail from USPS. Packages from UPS and other carriers are left in the lobby and placed in a secure package locker in the lobby by your neighbors or the super. There is no laundry in the building, but there are coin operated laundromats and laundry services within half a block of the building. This property is located on West 14th st and is steps away from the entrance to the 1/2/3/L/F/A/C/E subways and the M14 bus. You can basically get anywhere in NYC from right here! The location is the most central in all of New York. The neighborhood is very safe and has lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, healthfood stores, jazz clubs, bakeries, and tourist attractions like Chelsea Market and the Highline.
