Other things to note We are an apart hotel without reception. Our office hours are 9am - 6pm. Outside these hours our calls are automatically diverted to our Security Company on call who will be assist you in case of emergency. CCTV is in operation throughout the common areas at Kotel. At Kotel you can benefit of a 24/7 self check-in. The keycode to your room will be sent to you by SMS and email between 12:00 and 15:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any issues with your access. Children are welcome to stay at Kotel. We can provide you with a travel baby cot and beddings free of charge and/or an extra bed at an additional charge.
