Bring your boat or rent one and enjoy this beautiful house, the dock is free of use ! Other things to note The pool is heated during your wintertime stay—a fee of $ 25 per day. We require a copy of the IDs for each person staying in the house and a signed rental agreement. Also, we do not accept reservations if the people are not the people who will stay in the house. We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children. This house has security cameras at the front door and by the Garage looking out the driveway. No Smoking inside or outside. Min. age 25 years old.
