1910 House along the river right off of Main St.

The 1910 House sits along the Umatilla river and is only a 10-15 min flat walk to the Pendleton Round-Up grounds and a 3-5 minute walk to downtown restaurants, the farmer’s market, and shopping; we are 1 block from Main Street. There’s a great big covered front porch to sip coffee on in the mornings or where you can unwind, with a nightcap. The 1910 house truly allows you easy, walkable access to all that beats in the heart of Pendleton. The space Our house was built in 1910, it’s a cozy old house with some of the original lighting and electrical. It’s multi-level, so there are stairs up to the first floor, and second floor, 3 levels in all. We do have great A/C on the first 2 floors and mini splits on the 3rd. We also have a great wood pellet stove for the days it’s a little chilly outside. Our kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, stoneware, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kuerig, drip coffee pot, milk steamer, air fryer/toaster oven. There’s a dining room table that comfortably seats 8 people. This first year we’ve been mostly hosting to people that we know; but we are now excited to host more Airbnb guests with great reviews! Guest access If we have the pleasure of hosting you at the 1910 house, you will have access to all rooms, the outside patio area where there is a table and 4 chairs, or the front porch which has outdoor seating and a propane heater for the colder seasons. Nothing is off limits! We just ask that you respect the rules of the home which are: no smoking or vaping, no drugs, no parties or party prep, and no pets. We have neighbors that do not want to smell smoke or vape/e-cigarette clouds. There is a public parking lot across the street where you can smoke and have a nice view for the Umatilla River. (If there is evidence of any of the rules not being respected, there will be a $500 additional cleaning fee charged to the guest.)
