Second bedroom with two twin beds. Living room equipped with double sofa bed and Smart TV. For groups of up to 8 people, we have 2 additional mattresses that you can place according to your preference for greater comfort. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen Refrigerator, microwave, blender. Pots, pans, cooking utensils. Dishes, glasses and everything you need to prepare your meals. Coffee and sugar included for the first morning. 🛏️ Included in the reservation 2 towels. Sheets and blankets. 🚗 Garage and amenities Space for one vehicle (2.43 m wide x 1.90 m high x 4 m long). Outdoor shower in the garage to remove sand after the beach. 🌐 Connectivity Wifi included. 🌡️ Comfort Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Portable air conditioning in the living room. Water tank for reliable supply. 🚫 Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. 💧 At the moment the house does not have hot water, although we are working to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 🐾 Pets One small pet is allowed (up to 10 kg). Requires prior notice and additional cost. Guest access Key delivery: The delivery and return of the keys is done personally at the property, both upon arrival and departure. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you need to coordinate outside of these hours, you must agree in advance. Arrival coordination: To facilitate check-in, the guest must send their estimated time of arrival on the same day of their arrival, since the person in charge of handing over the keys cannot stay all day in the place waiting. Occupant registration: For security reasons, any person occupying the house must be duly registered with their full name and a copy of their identity document. Only registered guests may enter and stay on the property. Other things to note Before you book our beautiful home, we'd like to share important information to make sure your expectations are met and your stay is as pleasant as possible: 1. Our home is part of a three-story structure, and your Airbnb accommodation is on the lower level. 2. Our house is strictly non-smoking. We want to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all our guests. 3. Please note that there is 1 covered parking space and ample street parking available, but there is no designated parking on site for other guests. 4. The names of all guests and a copy of their photo ID will be required after booking and before check-in. No exceptions! 5. We love our town and are more than happy to provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems.
