**Charming little independent house in Brie-Comte-Robert** Located in a quiet residential area, the property is a 5-minute walk from the city center (historic center, markets, shops, parks). For your information, the market is held on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings. In addition, the town offers direct access to the various expressways, making it easy to get around (Paris, Disneyland and Orly Airport 30 min away, and Roissy Airport 45 min away). Don't wait any longer to stay here! 🤩 The space The house has a surface area of 35 m² and a 20 m² terrace. The house is equipped with air conditioning. You will also find a bedroom with no buildings opposite and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The beds provided are both 140x190. The bed in the bedroom has 4 pillows for maximum comfort 🤗 Two more pillows are provided for the bed in the living room. All items are protected by covers (mattress protectors) to ensure good linen hygiene. Travel light, without restrictions! All linens are provided (bath towels, bath mats, dish towels, sheets). You will also find cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar), a few coffee and tea pods, and sugar. Saucepans, dishes, salad bowls, crockery... Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, shower gel... Sponges, soap, cloths, household products. But don't worry, you can check out without cleaning. We'll take care of it!
