Cozy cottage in the countryside. Close to Gekås and lake.

We have a cozy little red cottage for rent. The cottage is located about 4 km outside Ullared and is perfect for overnight stays in connection with Gekås visits or for those who want to be close to fishing or swimming in Lake Hjärtared. The cottage has four beds, a small kitchen with the essentials, a toilet with shower and washing machine, a living room and a patio. If you need to shop, there is of course Gekås down in Ullared, but there is also an ICA store, pharmacy and Systembolaget. Guest access You have access to the entire home including a patio with a hammock outside the cottage. Other things to note Cleaning is not included and unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to offer it for an extra fee. Cleaning equipment is on site and clean mop rags, towel for toilet and dish towel for kitchen are provided for each new guest. As we always want to be able to offer a clean and fresh accommodation to our guests, there are instructions both under house rules here on this page and on site in the cottage what to clean before departure. Despite this, we all too often find that these instructions are not followed and that we have to ensure that the cottage is kept fresh. We now charge a fee for those guests who do not clean according to the instructions given, so that the next guest can arrive at a clean and fresh cottage. Sheets are not included and cannot be rented. We make sure that there is more than half a roll of toilet paper left on arrival, if it runs out, you can refill it yourself during the stay.
