This chocolate box of a village with honey stone cottages and far reaching views across the Pennines is the ideal getaway for those needing to recharge. There are several walks around the local woodlands where the deer roam free and what better way to refresh than a stop at the gastro pub at the end of the village. The space The cottage is situated within a small courtyard featuring reverse living with kitchen and living room upstairs together with wood burning stove and half bathroom. The bedroom and garden/ morning room are downstairs together with two bathrooms, one with shower and the second with roll top bath. There is a small garden to the rear ideal for dining outside. The cottage is just a stones throw from Hooton Pagnell Hall and All Saints Church. Although the bells strike every quarter hour, the cottage benefits from double glazing throughout, underfloor heating and high speed fibre broadband. Other things to note The cottage is located near All Saints Church, Hooton Pagnell which is right next door to Hooton Pagnell Hall. Please note that the church bells strike every quarter of the hour. There is a friendly village pub within easy walking distance of the cottage offering food and drink currently from Wednesday until Sunday.
