This gîte comprises 6 accommodation units with 23 beds, a 10 m x 5 m awning with table and chairs, and lights. Situated between woods and a river, on a 4,000 m² enclosed property, you can make the most of your stay with friends or family thanks to these fully equipped accommodations, campfire facilities (limited wood supply), and numerous barbecues. Prohibited from parties that are too noisy in order to respect the quietness of the neighborhood. Bathroom facilities (showers and standard toilet 200 m away), 2 composting toilets near the accommodations. The space You will have access to a yurt with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds, wood burner, electric heater, stove, dishes, fridge, coffee maker. A 20 m2 chalet with 1 click-clack, 2 single beds, wood burner, radiators, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. A camper with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, fridge, dishes, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle. A teepee with 4 single futon beds, no heating or electricity, duvets and blankets provided, shelters with dishes and dry toilet. A trailer with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, radiator, dishes, microwave. A 14 m2 chalet with 1 double bed, gas stove, dishes, TV with usb. key, fridge, coffee maker, fire pit kettle. A 10 m x 5 m marquee with table and chairs for up to 23 people, with lighting. Cleaning is not included, it is to be done by you or you can take the cleaning fee at €20/accommodations. Guest access The 6 accommodations with 23 beds, 16 beds, 2 showers and the 4000 m2 plot. River access. Other things to note Outdoor sink, the accommodations are not equipped with water points. A deposit of 500€ will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure if no damage. Limited wood (you can provide it as well as charcoal for barbecues)
