The modern, functional kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs, complete tableware and basic condiments. You will also find a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. Upstairs, the bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, double sink vanity, heated towel rail, washing machine and storage space. Shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. Chromecast is available in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Board games are also provided. The house is continuously being improved. Some exterior finishing work remains to be completed, including the wooden shutters, which have not yet been renovated but are fully functional. For your comfort and restful nights, curtains and blackout drapes are installed in the bedrooms. The property is equipped with reversible air conditioning, providing efficient heating in winter and cooling in summer. An electricity allowance of 25 kWh per day is included in the rental price.
