You have the entire accommodation, independant entrance, 2 bedrooms, ideal for 2 to 4 persons (5 max). Upstairs bathroom with WC, italian shower, towel dryer, washing machine and storage unit. Chromecast available in bedroom and living room. Board games also are available. Bed linen included, beds made upon arrival for stays of more than 3 nights. Beds linen 10€/bed for stays of less than 3 nights. Bathroom linen 5€/stay and per person. Guest access First neighbors are at 300m away. Biron's lake located as 2km away from the house, ideal to waling, running and swimming with his large artificial fine sand beach, and play area for kids. Independance and autonomous entrance if desired. Located form 5 minutes to the A64 higway's exit as well as the Orthez train station (4 hours train from Paris Montparnasse) in front of a small little church. Shops, tobacco shops, bakerys and restaurants also 5 minutes by car. Many organic farms and local producers surrounding the area. Other things to note Note : Staircase leaging upstairs is a bit steep. Elderly or disabled people may find it difficult to mount. We still have work to do, particularly on the outside, the wooden shutters haven't been restored yet but are functional. For your confort, curtains and double curtains are installed in all bedrooms. The accommodation is equipped with reversible clims for comfort in summer with air conditioning and in winter with heating. The electricity plan included in the rental rate is 25kW/day.
