Description
Independent house, warm and quiet in a pretty village of Vexin adjoining that of the owners. Ground floor: Living/dining room, kitchen, toilet, tiled terrace access and BBQ, upstairs (staircase with ramp) 2 bedrooms, walk-in shower, toilet. This house, at the beginning of a small cul-de-sac is literally drowned quietly green for 4 people (2 new double beds) 40km from Paris by road (train station St Lazare or RER A), 2 hours from Deauville or the Baie de Somme. The space An authentic, functional and very pleasant house surrounded by greenery, all the windows open onto vegetation, calm and birdsong on the agenda. The house adjoining ours, totally independent, includes 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs (ramp in the stairs), a shower room (walk-in)/toilet, on the ground floor toilet, living/dining room, kitchen (coffee capsules available for one night, microwave, fridge, induction hob...), a terrace with BBQ in fine weather. Towels provided. Shampoo and shower gel available Bedding is new, anti-mite mattresses and hypoallergenic. The house is entirely dedicated to guests. We are in the heart of the French Vexin Regional Natural Park in a charming village of stone houses, surrounded by fields. The GR2 passes through the village and a heritage trail accessible to all makes a loop. Nearby in Meulan en Yvelines (5mn drive), intermarket, auchan, lidl, gas stations, small shops in the city center. Passing through for a party in the area (we are in the village 800 m from the Moulin de Metz and the Moulin des Marais, not far from the Château d'Hardricourt, good joys...), as part of a professional trip or for a few days of discovery between Paris and the Normandy beaches, we will be happy to host you there. For short-term stays related to an event in the area on Saturdays, we offer the discounted Sunday night to extend the stay in the Vexin. Committed, we chose to hunt for decor and furnishings. Garden labeled "Eco-refuge LANAC, sanctuary for biodiversity". Ideally located in the countryside between Normandy beaches, Somme Bay, Cabourg, Etretat (all these places 2 hours from the house) and other must-see places to visit the west of Paris (Versailles, Giverny, La Roche Guyon, Chantilly...), the house is 40 km from Paris by car by A13, A14 or A15. 20/30 minutes by car from RER A de Cergy or Poissy stations for Paris or line TER line J (train station 5 minutes away, free parking) to St Lazare. Guest access The entire place is dedicated to guests, and this includes a paved terrace in the back of the house. We have chosen to delimit this space by an open low fence which allows you to enjoy it without vis-à-vis while leaving you the garden totally visible. Attention for different reasons our friends pets are not allowed in our house! A parking space for a standard-sized vehicle is dedicated to you at the foot of the house. Other things to note The garden of the house is labeled "Eco-refuge LANAC, sanctuary for biodiversity", nesting boxes are set up for birds and it is usual to see hedgehogs walking there at dusk, shelters are available. We offer waste sorting and organic waste composting to our visitors. Towels, duvets (in place), extra blankets available. Umbrella bed and high chair on request. Our daughter can take care of the baby sitting. 30 meters from fields and plains for walks and jogging, many equestrian centers and golf courses nearby. Heritage trail loop going around the village and its 2-hour points of interest accessible to all. We are connected with Vexin guides for guided walks and wildlife photographers and natural photographers for outings. Private paved terrace of about 12m2 under lilacs and hibiscus, not overlooked. Garden table and chairs, BBQ, view of the rest of the house garden. Also available in the kitchen, crepe maker, electric plancha, rice cooker.
