Please do not make noise after 11 pm as this is a Residence apartment , Neighbors will complain to the security guard. 5. Strictly No partying in the house ! Or deposit will be fully forfeited 6. Check out time is 12 pm, Additional Charges will be imposed for late checkout. 7. Any Damages to the property and items in the property will be deducted from security deposit.
