The house is perfect for families or groups of friends: 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen-dining room and direct access to the garden, pool and barbecue. Down 4 steps is a living room with a fireplace and TV. There's a workspace in the tower with access by a staircase. In the basement: garage, cellar, washing machine and a bathroom. The space The four bedrooms, two bathrooms and the spacious kitchen-dining room are on the same level, with direct access to the pool and garden Guest access The whole house is usable, including the garage and an old cellar; there is only a closed warehouse next to the garage. Other things to note You can use the house and invite friends, but you can't have a night party with musicians. In principle, we do not allow pets, so please ask if you have any questions.
