Enjoy Barcelona, the beach, wine and cuisine from a house with a garden, pool and barbecue. In Gelida, 30 minutes from Barcelona on the toll-free highway (50 minutes by train or bus). The house is perfect for families or groups of friends: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen-dining room with direct access to the garden, a swimming pool, and a barbecue. There's also a living room with a fireplace and a TV. And a work space and library in the tower. On the lower floor: garage, cellar, ping-pong table, washing machine, and a third bathroom. The space The four bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen-dining room are on the same level, with direct access to the pool, garden and barbecue. Next to the barbecue and the pool, you'll find a round table for 8 people and an extendable rectangular table for 8-10 people, both under the shade of the mulberry trees. The pool is deep and measures... On the other side of the pool, there is a chill-out area with sofas. In other parts of the garden, you'll find a hammock, two benches, and a round table. The house has an aerothermal system connected to photovoltaic panels that provides heating and air conditioning. Guest access The entire house is usable, including the garage and an old cellar; there is only a locked storage room next to the garage. Other things to note - You can invite friends over for lunch or dinner, but evening parties with music are not allowed. - In principle, we do not allow pets, but please ask if you have any questions. - If you have small children, please be careful with the pool, which is deep, and with some areas of the garden that have slopes, which could pose risks for unsupervised children. - There is space for one car in the garage and also at the entrance to the garden, but you can park freely on the street, respecting the yellow lines. - You can walk to the center of the village, 5-7 minutes downhill and 10 minutes uphill.
