The Antico Casolare Uliveto (from 1865) is immersed in the countryside of Cava de' Tirreni, just 4 km from the center and the A3 highway. It enjoys a privileged position overlooking the valley up to Vesuvius, ideal for easily reaching the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum and the wonderful Amalfi Coast, which is only a few kilometers away. It is also located near the airports of Naples (50 km) and Salerno (35 km) and the international circuit of Naples-Sarno (22 km). The space The Antico Casolare Uliveto is surrounded by 50,000 square meters of countryside and divided into 3 apartments for guests (cherry, pomegranate, almond) and one for a family of farmers. *** CASA MELOGRANO is located on the ground floor in the ex-cantines of the Antico Casolare Uliveto, a place full of charm. Recently it has been completely renovated along with the rest of the property. The apartment consists of: • A cozy living room with sofa bed (150x180 bed) and window door with exit to the outdoor area; • A bedroom on a slightly elevated floor, accessible from both the living room and the outside; • A well equipped kitchen with window door with exit to the outdoor area; • A full bathroom (water heater 80 liters). You can also enjoy a charming pertinent outdoor space, perfect to relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding countryside, characterized by greenery and tranquility. Additional service Casa Melograno is equipped with every comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay: • Free Wi-Fi to stay connected at all times; • Air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. • Dishwasher, oven, iron and hair dryer; • Washer available outside in communion with another place to stay. Parking for guests inside the property. Pools: There are two swimming pools near the house: the Hotel Diecimare, located just 600 meters away, and Tenuta Antica, about 900 meters away. In both, you can access the swimming pool by paying an entrance fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment (65 square meters) and an outdoor area (not adjacent to the house but for exclusive use) equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella. Other things to note Upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Cava de' Tirreni, equal to €1.50 per person per day (excluding children under 12 years of age), will be required in cash. The price includes all consumption. For electricity alone, the consumption will be charged if it exceeds the agreed amount (7 kWh per day). The kilowatt surplus will be calculated at 0.7 euros/Kwatt There is a connection by public transport (bus 067 Cava - S.
