The Airbnb includes access and use of the designated balcony space accessed form the living room and the parking space outlined in the driveway in front of the apartment. Other spaces like patios, balconies (other than specified), other driveways and yard space are for private use. Please inquire if interested in stays longer than 29 days. • No pets please. • Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind inside or anywhere on the property. • (4) guests maximum occupancy. No unregistered guests please. • Children under 8 years old are not permitted on the balcony, for safety reasons, as the balcony railing is not child safe.
