This is the perfect house for visiting professors or scholars. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to Purdue and West Lafayette. We offer a formal living room and dining room, along with a family room and dine-in kitchen. Spacious living, with three large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath off the kitchen. *Cleaning service once a month $200. NEIGHBORHOOD: Purdue Campus (1.3 miles), Grocery stores (1.1 miles), downtown Lafayette (2.7 miles) The space If you are looking for a quiet space to retreat after work we have the perfect neighborhood, home-away-from-home space. Plenty of natural light, large table or desk space for working remotely, and large bedrooms to retreat for the night with comfortable beds and linens. Guest access Fully private house with all the necessities and amenities you need for your stay. Other things to note Guests must be over 25 to rent. No more than 3 unrelated persons may rent at one time. Guests must sign an affidavit for the City of West Lafayette (paperwork provided at guest sign in) For stays longer than 30 days there are additional cleaning fees of $200/month paid by guest.
