Small barn in Ilmington

This is a delightful barn which is situated at the rear of a large farmhouse in an idyllic village setting. The barn is situated close to an award winning pub called The Howard Arms, where there are roaring fires and is only a 3 minute walk away. The barn is let as part of the farmhouse setting during weekends, but is available for separate lets during Sunday through to Friday. There is a garage block beside which has a bedroom above which may be used by others during your stay. The space You have the barn to yourself. It is situated at the rear of a large farmhouse but is available to let during the weekdays only. It is a delightful barn with exposed beams and high ceilings. We have wifi connected and a smart TV. There is a galley kitchen, leading to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a loo, basin and bath with a shower cubicle within the bath. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room . Should you need extra guests to stay, there is a large bedroom close by above the garage block that can easily be used but you can request to Jo. Guest access You have full access to the barn, there is also parking outside in the driveway. Other things to note There is an extra bedroom beside the barn if extra accommodation was required - just liaise with Jo. This may be used separately by others during your stay.
