The room is inside an apartment, there is no bathroom inside the room, but it is in front of the room door and is for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The building is located in the neighborhood of Batista Campos, considered a prime area of Belém, close to bakeries, cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, markets and several tourist attractions: Ver o Peso, the basilica, and the dock station. The building has an electric generator, swimming pool, squash court, gym, sauna, 24-hour concierge and maid service. The space Airy and quiet room. It has a lock on the door, inside and outside. It is comfortable for two adults. It is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, shelves, side table, blackout curtains, queen-size bed and a rolling chair. The building has maid services (room cleaning and tidying), which are included in the reservation. [Monday to Saturday, at a pre-defined time, except holidays). The building has an elevator, its own power generator, swimming pool, sauna, gym and squash court on the rooftop. THERE IS NO parking space, but there are paid parking lots near the building. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. You can use the kitchen to make small meals, and you should leave everything clean and stored in its places. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas inside and outside the apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are the only private spaces. Visitors are not allowed. During your stay I live in the apartment. I spend part of the day away working, my 16 and 17 year old children visit me for lunch on some days of the week. I will be available by phone, where I will respond, preferably by written messages and audio (when possible). Also, we may meet at certain times inside the apartment. I prefer to leave guests at ease, but I can pay attention to them whenever necessary. I'm very available on my cell phone, I don't take long to respond. I really enjoy talking and giving tips on what to do in my city. Other things to note It's important for you to know that I have two beautiful cats, Charlotte and Lola, my guardians. They are docile and love a cuddle. So if you don't like animals, or have allergies, this place might not be the best option for you. DO NOT smoke INSIDE THE APARTMENT DO NOT FLUSH paper down the toilet. Visitors ARE NOT allowed. There is NO garage/parking space.
