Large and spacious farmhouse with four large bedrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room. This is a very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully furnished space. This is not a party house. The farmhouse has a large farmhouse kitchen. large dining room, sitting room and four large bedrooms, served by 3.5 bathrooms. Situated in a village setting it is a quiet neighbourhood but it is situated beside an award winning pub called The Howard Arms. The pub is a short 3 minute walk from the house. The space The farmhouse has its own driveway and parking. It has spacious accommodation and is very well equipped having recently been open. All new bedding and interior designed. This is not a party house. It is in a beautiful village setting and is perfect for getting friends and family together but we have to be respectful of the neighbours at all times. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, large dining room, sitting room with smart TV and WIFI. The fire is ornamental and there are coloured lights inside. There are four large bedrooms, served by 3.5 bathrooms so it is very comfortable. If extra accommodation is required there is a barn behind which is let separately during the week. This farmhouse is only let during Sunday through to Friday every week. The farmhouse is let as a whole with the barn during weekends. The grass may be cut during your stay to maintain the standard of the property Guest access You have access to the entire farmhouse. The barn at the rear of the property is let separately. Other things to note This is a very quiet neighbourhood and this is not a party house. We expect our guests to respect the neighbourhood where we live.
