Fully furnished and equipped this self catering home offers the following accommodation: private entrance with stairs leading to a hallway on the first floor which opens to a comfy lounge diner with sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV and a dining table for 4. Patio doors from the lounge opens onto a fantastic outside furnished terrace. There's a separate kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and a washing machine too. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with a double. Lastly this apartment has modern shower room with large walk in shower. Outside the apartment has it's own allocated parking space just around the corner and there are no restrictions in the area for local street parking too. Guest access This home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Other things to note We are privileged to look after this home on behalf of the private owners. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary appliance you might need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. Please note, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any other cooking basics such as cooking oils; however, if you require any of these prior to arrival, please let us know so we can arrange it for you. The home comes with complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV that enables you to access your own streaming accounts. We supply all linen for both double beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest, along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream. In the kitchen, we provide a tea towel. We offer complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights.
