You are invited to reside in a private room (Retro Coke Room) in a shared simple 3 BR home. The house is decorated in Retro style, so nothing is new there (except the Wifi Router) . But you may enjoy a travel back in time as you are invited to experience how the folks in the 60s, 70s, and 80s got about their day. This is a home you share with others, if you want Hotel-like service then please go there and pay their rates. Despite that some other things are on the list of upgrading still (upgrade bathtub, windows etc) this place is yet comfortable and has everything you need to replenish and "survive". We are true to the origins of Airbnb (except the air mattress) where you are welcomed in a humble home where mind-like people live. Enjoy a few nights in Retro Coke style while you relax in a queen bed with comfort of personal mini fridge and microwave. YOUR room is private and not shared with others . However, common areas are shared, like bath, kitchen and living room. To avoid any disappointment or wrong expectations please note that we are a simple budget friendly self-guided Airbnb home where others share common ares with you. We are NOT a HOTEL or overpriced hotel resort . Most of our homes are kept in a warm older fashion style. If you need all fancy schmanzy highly modern new or expect personalized hotel service with daily room cleaning than please go there . No need to inquire if "others stay there?" => YESSS, it is a SHARED home. And with that we also need you to come with the right mindset and ask for YOUR HELP to assure everyone in the home has a comfortable stay by following our SIMPLE HOUSE RULES : "Leave the place the way you found it ! Smoking inside or any marijuana use/storage/trading may result in canceling your reservation. It's quite simple: respect others, keep the place orderly and clean up after yourself so we won't have to hire costly cleaning personnel so we can keep our rates quite affordable and yet are still able to provide you with a comfortable setting including amenities that a double priced hotel or Inn won't offer.
