The perfect place to unwind. The space The property has 2 bedrooms however the only bathroom is the ensuite to the master bedroom. however there is also an outdoor toilet. The study/reading room can be used for additional sleeping area if needed apon request. The property is completely off grid. Powered with a 3.5 kW solar and battery system. Tank water pumped from Kilcoy Creek. There is a UV filter fitted to the kitchen sink for drinking water. The septic system is a worm composting system so please don't flush anything you shouldn't. There is very limited phone reception however there is WiFi so be sure to enable WiFi calling on your smart phone to make calls. Guest access You're welcome to roam the 20 acre property. Sheds and bell tents are out of bounds unless you have booked one.
